First Thing's First....

I was totally prepared to begin my weight loss plan today!! In fact, I went swimming laps today for two hours! However, when I went into the pantry to find something for lunch I realized that I do not have the correct food in my house to start a diet. I found some spaghettio's, ramen noodles, cheetos, chips, cookies, etc. ALL BAD!! So, tomorrow morning I'm going grocery shopping... and that's when the fun truely begins!

Shopping List:
Wheat Bread
Progresso Canned Soups (100 calories each)
Fruit
Raw Veggies
Potatoes
Cheerios
2% Milk
Bags of lettuce
Chicken Breasts
Turkey Burgers
Low Fat Butter
Pretzels
Non-buttered popcorn
etc.

Please do not hesitate to add to my shopping list if you think I'm missing anything. ;)
